Conceived as an urban complex that stretches over 240,000 sq-m, the mega scheme is designed with a low carbon footprint by incorporating residences, offices, park, shopping malls and luxury hotels in one neighbourhood. In collaboration with Lan Kwai Fong Group, the new resort aims to bring Hong Kong’s nightlife living into China’s popular tropical destination.
Built amidst the grandeur of the island's tropical volcanic landscape, the resort is highlighted with the world’s largest volcanic mineral springs and spa. In the bustling Lan Kwai Fong entertainment zone, vintage 50s-style California Bar and the Hawaii-inspired interiors of bar Birdcage make a statement about iconic Hong Kong nightlife.
Situated next to Centreville is China's first movie town associated with renowned film director Feng Xiaogang, and 10 championship golf courses. One of which, the Stone Quarry course, is crafted by Schmidt-Curley Design, paying tribute to acclaimed golf course architect Pete Dye, who designed the namesake course for the Mission Hills Shenzhen resort.
The new project also features several high-end hotels including Renaissance, Ritz-Carlton and the Hard Rock Hotel, providing rich choices for luxury accommodation.
