The Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition), scheduled from April 6 to 9, will showcase the latest products, designs and technologies for professional, commercial and residential lighting, as well as providing an important trading platform for industry buyers and experts from around the globe.
Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the fair caters to the growing demand for smart lighting for both domestic and commercial use. It offers a huge range of products and services divided into zones including Smart Lighting & Solutions, Advertising Display Lighting, Avenue of Chandeliers, Commercial Lighting, Decorative Lighting and Lighting Accessories, as well as new categories Horticultural Lighting, Residential Lighting, Technical Lighting and Urban & Architectural Lighting.
Smart lighting and LED technology, in particular products that connect to smart-home systems and lighting applications that extend to furniture and other household items, are expected to be a hit this year. Buyers can get inspired at the famed Hall of Aurora, featuring top-notch brands such as Fonda Technology, HPWINNER, MLS, SKY-LIGHTING, TCL, Tuya and Yankon Lighting with lighting fixtures and solutions for easy sourcing.
The fair is expected to welcome 1,340 exhibitors this year.
The fair also features a series of events, including the Asia Lighting Forum, featuring heavy-weight speakers from Bluetooth SIG, Cree, DEKRA, Highways Department and Microsoft that cover hot topics and industry trends; and the Networking Reception, allowing buyers and exhibitors to share market insights and create business opportunities. The fair is expected to welcome 1,340 exhibitors this year.
