HKT Premier‘s latest showcase illustrates how intelligent homes work

The Internet of Things (IoT) is set to dominate the future, as connected intelligent-home devices usher us into an age of more intelligent living. At the latest iot in Style 2 showcase, Roche Bobois and HKT Premier seamlessly combine their know-how in their respective fields to create a perfect matrimony of art and technology, where designer Sacha Lakic has represented Roche Bobois to join hands with HKT Premier to curate a contemporary IoT-connected home with products of the highest quality and performance. Customers can see demonstrations in two showcases, a home office/multi-purpose room and a living room with bar area. Both of them illustrate how IoT- connected home appliances work.

With this in mind, HKT Premier has brought the concept of IoT-connected home solutions to its elite customers with a premium service offering customised IoT-connected home solutions.

This integrated service is tailored to individual homeowners' needs, from basic choices such as automation of lighting, shades and air-conditioning, to the integration of AV equipment, security systems, voice-activated sensors and detectors, through to IoT-enabled household appliances, all controlled by voice or at the touch of a button.

Systems integrator and technology provider HKT Premier has also introduced the io.t by HKT Concept Store at Elements shopping mall. It allows customers to experience how an intelligent home works, including entertainment, automation, security and home-office services, all powered by HKT's high-speed fiber-to-the-home broadband network.
