Designer Zhoujie Zhang makes the leap from calligraphy to CAD

A galactic fantasy of steelwork. More than 100 mini mirrors comprise this digitally-constructed, hand-welded masterpiece. Originally a classical calligraphy artist, Zhoujie Zhang now uses computer assisted design and his deep philosophical background to create these limite edition pieces. The perfect display piece for a personal gallery or living room, it’s even more astonishing in person.
