Design Project Manager

The incumbent will assist in handling all aspects related to Shop Renovation and Development Projects for Hong Kong & PRC markets, including Contract Management, Contractual Budget Control and Quality Control.

- Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Interior Design, Construction/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years solid experience in handling refurbishment projects with practical construction details, preferably in the sector of retails
- Strong passion in design & project management
- Capable in project planning, scheduling and resources allocation is a must
- Ability to balance practicality, quality and business considerations, with an eye for design details.
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photo shop and 3D-Max.
