The design team has created a cafe with an industrial feel coupled with raw concrete and untreated leather, transforming it into a neighbourhood hangout area. The cafe mixes an offbeat industrial style with a slick contemporary feel in appropriate proportions, creating a personal, inviting and laid-back ambiance for social gathering and innovative cuisines with right amount of privacy.

Ground Cafe’s mission is to bring the brasserie-style dining experience, associated with French culture, and combine it with modern Tel Aviv-style food. Located inside the newly renovated student dorms of Ono Academic College, the restaurant provides students with a new area for social interaction.

Prior to this project, the studio collaborated with the owner of Ground Cafe for Milgo & Milbar in central Tel Aviv.
