Popplay, an innovative retail experience that evolves thematically with the seasons, is set to be launched at the St. Francis Yard branch of SPORT B.

The store will embrace a range of themes to heighten the shopping experience for its customers and allow the brand to diversify its product line. From July – October 2015, vinyl records will be their muse with the theme of Keep on Spinning. Over the months, the interior of the store will be changed to embrace bold orange and black colours, an area will be set up as a store to house newly created lifestyle products and exclusive fashions that relate to everything ‘vinyl’.

Products have been especially created for each theme at the store

During the project, a range of other in-store programmes will run. A selection of talks will be given by local music aficionados, who will discuss everything from getting into the industry to nostalgia and genres. Second-hand vinyl days will also be run, giving collectors the chance to swap and discuss their love for the humble record. A selection of DJs will play at the store during the course of the event, allowing customers to enjoy the vinyl experience completely.
