Apartment C, with a size of 1120 sq-f, is a family flat consisting of three bedrooms, a living room and a dining room. Alain Wong, the designer responsible for this showflat, used wood and stone as the main materials for the walls and floors, along with golden highlights to create a sense of luxury.

The feature of the apartment is the unique wall in the living room that uses four different kinds of materials and colours. The wall is used as a boundary to divide the dining area, living room and the master bedroom. A sliding door is installed in the open-planned kitchen to create more space.

Both the study room and master bedroom are designed with warm colours. Wooden furniture is the main theme of the study room, giving a sense of warmth and rawness, and the master bedroom is in dark brown to enhance comfort.
