The ‘Senses Generate Sales’ showcase at the recent Retail Asia Expo in Hong Kong was a fantastic example of how addressing all five senses in a retail environment results in more memorable retail experiences by creating a deeper emotional connection to the consumer. Subtle scents diffused by AirQ Atmospheres, music played through Bose systems and carefully arranged lights by Osram made the showcase an instant hit with the attendees.
