Design-led Hong Kong accommodation, Hotel sáv recently opened The Gallery – Floor of Fashion to jazz up its contemporary ambience and to support Hong Kong fashion

Designs by style icons from HKTDC and Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) are displayed in more than 15 rooms; an aesthetic combination in layering style and fashion with Hotel sáv's interior design.

The wait is over for those who are supporters of local Fashion Designers (Dorian Ho / Mountain Yam / Grace Choi / Jessica & Walter), Fashion Bloggers (Veronica Li / Tim Wong) and Celebrities (Ankie Beilke / Kayla wong / Adrian Wong and Lydia & Fiona Tong).

Among the hype, Dorian Ho seems to be a popular feature as he is recognised as one of the top notch Bridal Gown Designers in Hong Kong offering basic bridal gowns, unique cheongsams, evening dresses and a collection of bridal accessories. In Ho's theme room "Modern Romance", Ho's signature embroidery elements are implemented into the furniture and linens.

The theme room "Connect Nature and Future" is perked up with metallic furnishings and earthy matting to portray a contemporary, sophisticated and independent feeling in which translate the allusion of modern women in Yam's mind.

w4237reGrace Choi's designs are influenced by her fusion backgrounds, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Her brand "Yi-ming" has a theme room of her distinctive oriental fashion cultures. The room is a modern depiction of the East-meets-West.

w4319reIn addition to the works of renowned fashionistas, Hotel sáv collaborated with HKDI (Hong Kong Design Institute) fashion and image design department to showcase the masterwork by rising talents from HKDI in two themed rooms. They have exclusively picked six pieces of student creations to be manifested in the corridor where guests may have a glimpse of local fashion style.

w4342reTo top off the commencement of The Gallery – Floor of Fashion, Hotel sáv has renovated the "POP UP At SAV" area on the 1st floor where trending fashion items from local fashion celebrities can be found.
