Running until the end of October, HKT Premier, Lane Crawford and Antony Chan have teamed up to produce an installation showcasing the latest trends in home design and home automation solutions

Taking place inside the Pacific Place location of luxury Hong Kong home store Lane Crawford, Your Premier Home Edit sees interior designer Antony Chan, founder of Hong Kong studio CREAM and chairman of the Hong Kong Interior Design Association, transform the space into a living room filled with a selected home automation portfolio powered by HKT Premier and specifically designed around Chan's creative vision.

The exhibition includes video and audio equipment integration that featured a classic Bang & Olufsen Beovision 11 TV, while a smart partition also played a part in the installation, as a growing trend among designers is to use smart film and smart glass to replace traditional partition walls. This enables flexible and smart zoning for modern homes as a simple push of a button changes the partition from transparent to opaque.

An integrated home control panel controlled through an iPad was personalised for customer use, allowing apps to be linked to smartphones for out-of- home management. Other items in the Premier Home Solutions' service portfolio which are also available to discerning clients include: automated shade treatment; air conditioning control; home security solutions; fibre broadband and full home wifi; and temperature sensors.
