Spanning over 350 metres of waterfront area, the mixed-use development will house the first Four Seasons Private Residence waterfront development in Asia. The project will also include a 312-room Four Seasons Hotel with interior design by renowned hospitality expert Jean-Michel Gathy of architecture firm Denniston. A 5-star Capella Hotel will also feature in the Estate offering 101 rooms with views of the Chao Praya River.
According to Ben Taechaubol, director and CEO of Country Group Development, "the aim was to create a meaningful, luxury waterfront residential lifestyle that is unmatched in Asia and epitomises the legendary customised design, style and service that discerning guests from around the world have come to expect from Four Seasons."
Positioned at the very heart of the development, the Four Seasons Private Residences have been designed by Hamiltons International. Inspired by the waterfront location, they have created a one-of-a-kind geometric design that means that all units have unobstructed views of both the river and the city skyline. Interior design for the 355 residences will be completed by BAMO, incorporating local and imported materials to keep with the contemporary feel of the Estate.
The residences feature a mixture of floor plans starting from 115 sq-m for a 2 bedroom residence. Other amenities available to residents will include an infinity pool, a fitness area, multiple lounges and a private cinema.
