A large divider used to create a separate dressing area within the bedroom also acts as a storage unit for a television on one side, and a cupboard on the other. Wall panelling throughout the unit conceals storage areas, and on all cupboards, smooth edges eliminate door frames, while clean, smooth lines create extra room. ...Collapse - Use of Colours, Materials / List of Major Materials

Wood is used heavily throughout, with stone-washed oak floors in the living and kitchen areas, and the clothing/AV storage area in the bedroom is finished with a wild-grain timber veneer. The grey feature wall of the living room is complemented by the grey limestone floor in the master bedroom. Steel panelling is used along the living room walls, and above the bed as a decorative feature/shelf. The clean, plain furniture is mostly white or light timber, with one black recliner in the living room.

Hidden lighting along steel panels, around the grey feature wall, framing cupboards, around the TV unit, and under the raised platform of the bed, create a modern aesthetic and draw attention to these features. ...Collapse - Keywords
