The design solution uses open plan to achieve spatial openness. All wall partitions, except bathrooms, were changed and parts were replaced by movable sliding door to enhance mobility of spatial configuration. Despite of the simple layout, mobile furniture such as extendable dining table, folding bed and Lutron lighting system also suggest varies activity could be taken place in the space. ...Collapse

Featured grey glass panels have been designed with back lit not only suggesting spatial ambiences for varies scenes, but also concealing AC plant room’s access door which placed in front of main entrance. Vertical grain of stained oak guest washroom’s door has also added a refinement touch to the space against concealed horizontal wooden grain panel. Refined, cleaned and calming tone furniture as well as interior furnishing’s details has been well proportionate designed and articulated. ...Collapse
