The fundamental design concept consisted of a cube with an L-shaped block attached to two of its sides. The cube became a double-height living room, with all other rooms located in the three-storey L block, creating private sections within the villa. Built in four rows of two, each villa shares a wall with another, but through positioning and design, shared space is minimised and privacy is maximised, with each villa facing a different direction.
