To create a microcosm of the surrounding urban environment within one building by transforming the ...Read MoreTo create a microcosm of the surrounding urban environment within one building, by transforming the existing traditional, compartmentalised structure into a mix of varied linked spaces for work, retail, leisure and communal/public areas. In order to achieve this, a series of cantilevers of various sizes were used to extend existing floors, create links between floors, and build external terraces, with only minimal modifications to the existing structure.
