Vattanac Capital Tower One on schedule for completion

Phnomh Penh readies itself for its first-ever high-rise building, designed by TFP Farrells

The 188m-high, 39-storey Vattanac Capital Tower One in Phnom Penh is on track for completion later this year. Prominently located in the heart of the capital’s central business district along Preah Monivong Boulevard, this world-class commercial complex will also include Grade-A offices and Cambodia’s first luxury retail mall.

Designed by architects TFP Farrells as an iconic landmark with a strong Cambodian identity, the nation’s first high-rise utilises the firm’s extensive knowledge and experience of ‘place-making’ to create a visionary project and an internationally unique cultural presence for Phnom Penh.
