Luxurious Phuket resort MontAzure offers beach-side hotel, condominiums and high-end villas with stunning ocean views
The luxurious beach resort of MontAzure in Phuket, Thailand, combines a hotel, beach-side condominiums and high-end villas in a stunning 178-acre (72-hectare) mountainside beachfront setting.
The project, which also offers retirement community facilities and a choice of upmarket beach clubs, includes unspoilt views from the forest-covered mountain slopes out to sea and has been positioned as a prestigious resort residential development.

The major challenge facing planners and the designers was to carefully integrate the architecture of the project within the landscape of the area while meeting the low-density environmental and commercial requirements.
Martin Palleros, originally a landscape designer before merging architecture into his practice, was considered the ideal choice as master planner of the overall MontAzure project and also the architect of the first-phase of the construction – 75 upmarket branded freehold and leasehold condominiums, Twinpalms Residences, beside Kamala Beach.
Palleros worked closely on the design of the villas with Thai architect Lek Bunnag, creative director of the overall project.

Luxury resort properties, particularly along Phuket's central west coast beaches - home to an increasing number of exclusive residential developments - are starting to attract renewed interest among investors.
