Brogan House is the latest residential development to launch in Central London’s quickly growing Battersea district
London’s Battersea district is fast becoming one of the most sought-after areas of Central London owing to extensive redevelopment of the area.
The Brogan House collection at Battersea Exchange consists of 72 apartments – including one, two and three-bedroom options. The apartments share a private communal courtyard, making it a prime family-friendly development in the heart of Battersea. There are also winter gardens that can be used all year round, a state of the art gym, secure cycle garage facilities and a 24-hour concierge.
The inspiration for Brogan House and its design has come from many places, but primarily it draws upon the industrial heritage of South West London. The exterior facade is brick. Interiors are contemporary, with floor to ceiling windows, timber floor (equipped with underfloor heating), and some offer views looking over Battersea Park. Apartments are set to be move in ready within the fourth quarter of 2018.
A new underground station to Battersea Power Station has also been planned and approved. The new link, designed by Grimshaw and Partners, is an extension of the Northern Line and will bring greater connection to the area.
